"We were loyal customers for 14 years. Carried State Farm for all our vehicles and properties. Our commercial roof was damaged by hail last year and they denied the claim. We even had photos and video of the storm and five commercial roofers attest to the cause of damage. We paid for the repairs out of pocket. Very disappointed in how this agency has changed. We have cancelled all our policies with them. I hope all the folks involved don't have to experience what they put us through these last 14 months."
