"This is for Shelia Roberts, whom I have had the most communication with. She has been so helpful with transitioning to my own account and reviewing other quotes to ensure they are getting the best prices for me. *Update* AGAIN! Shelia is amazing! "Yall if you get the chance to chat with Taylar, you will not be disappointed, now I normally chat with Brandon I do love the kid, he’s a good guy, but taylar is probably my new favorite, she’s professional while still connecting with her costumers, she helps you find your card info if you can’t find it(a literal godsend there), you won’t have any awkward silence, she chats while she types which was amazing bc I normally hate phone calls, I’m Gen Z if I can text it that’s what I’ll do 😂 I can’t brag enough about this woman, 10/10. Personally I’d say she deserves a raise, she’s so great"

"I had a great experience with a customer care administrator at Alex Baldwin State Farm Insurance, Jessica Connors. I had been thinking about adjusting my insurance coverage, but I needed to learn more to make an informed decision.
