"I had been having trouble with a life insurance policy that I am the beneficiary for. After numerous calls to the corporate number (they answered, were kind, but not able to help), I came here to see if they could help. I am not a customer of State Farm, and have never stepped foot in this office. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, and after getting some info from me, went to ask around to see what could be done. She set me up with Shelia Roberts who was very, very, very helpful. No questions asked (about helping me - she had plenty about the account and policy). Shelia made some calls, researched, and was able to help. It was a very pleasant experience and I am thankful that they took the time to help!"
