"I am always pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service given to me by the Alex Baldwin team. Late in the day yesterday, I was in a pinch for a rental car issue for my 18 year old son. Jack Lester, at Alex Baldwin State Farm, told me he understood my concerns, what I would need, and that he would resolve the issues by the next morning which was an acceptable time frame. In fact, I received the email 15 minutes after I hung up the phone. I wish all the companies I do business with would show that they care like Jack did yesterday for me."

"I’m the customer that always has something go wrong with my account, per usual something went wrong in the account here. I’m used to the run around so I was stressing dealing with them, lucky Teegan (did I spell that right?) answered the phone and gave me no run around, went right to problem solving! Gave me a clear answer, admitted the problem was on their end, apologized and righted the wrong in a 10 minute phone call. In an industry full of BSers, Teegan and this agency are a nice break from the norm! Highly recommend! 👍"

"I just received a cold call from this agency while I was already on an important work call. I politely explained that I was busy and asked if the matter was urgent. The caller said it was not urgent and asked when he could call me back. I explained that I could not check my calendar at the moment. Instead of responding professionally, he abruptly hung up on me. This was extremely unprofessional. A courteous response would have been to thank me for my time and offer to follow up later by email or at a more convenient time. The way this was handled left a very poor impression of the agency."

"I had reached out to this office beginning on 6/11 in regard to obtaining business insurance. They tried getting me to get all my auto/home switched over to them which I was hesitant to do and explained that to them due to a lot of people I know that have had issues with SF after the recent storms, they assured me "they would take care of me" They quoted me $40/month for business general liability. Once I told them I did not want to switch everything over but did want to proceed with business insurance the communication was almost nonexistent. There was a week that communication was difficult for me because I was on vacation with my family, which I explained that to Brandon. I then asked for them to send my quote over because I only got that verbally, no response. I followed up again with my question and received my quote which was $135! This is NOT what they quoted me when giving me quotes verbally on the phone (I wrote this down with all my other quotes to compare with other agencies) either way I felt that once I told them I did not want to proceed with bundling my insurance, that my business to them no longer mattered. So, if you are only looking for a small policy, I do not recommend this office and recommend getting everything done in writing. Lack of communication with them is absolutely frustrating and I am not so sure "they would have took great care of me" after all. I tried to NOT post a negative review, but it is extremely aggravating that they did not stick with their original quote, and I have been trying for over 1 month to get this set in stone so we can proceed with what our business needs."

Business insurance rates can sometimes change between an initial verbal estimate and the finalized written quote due to underwriting factors or updated information from our carriers — but we should have communicated that clearly and promptly. I also apologize if you felt that your business wasn’t valued once you chose not to bundle other policies; that’s never how we want any customer to feel, regardless of policy size. Your feedback is important, and If you’re open to it, We'd like the chance to speak directly with you so we can review what happened and see if there’s still a way to meet your business insurance needs. Thank you again for sharing your concerns"
